    Not happy with quality

Prior to purchasing these pellets I was using a beeswax block I had purchased in Tasmania and was mixing with coconut wax. I kept extensive notes on wicks, vessels, burn times, flame height, melt pool etc. and had brilliant results. My Tasmanian beeswax supply was getting low, so I purchased these beeswax pellets in August 2021. Not long after receiving, I gave up making my own candles because despite following tried and tested ratios and wick sizes, all the candles I made would extinguish after a short time.

I recently decided to give candle making a go again and no matter what I do, I cannot get my candles to burn. It's like all the extensive testing I had done over a year ago was in vain. What worked brilliantly back then, no longer works. I recently realized that the only new material was these beeswax pellets. So, I did a test. I made 2 candles, both in the same size vessel, same wick size, both 100% beeswax - one the Tasmanian beeswax and one these beeswax pellets. Well, the candle made from these beeswax pellets was almost out within 15minutes of lighting both candles.

Goodness knows what is going on with these pellets - but the candles I make from these pellets will not burn. I have tried EVERY wick size and the flame is ridiculously small until it goes out by itself. Incredibly disappointed with these pellets and I am not sure what to do with the remainder.

    Long tapers

Great quality wax. Clear clean colour with long burn. No honey or impurities in the melt. Nice one!
