A NOTE ON ORDERS DURING COVID
During the pandemic, the Hobby and Craft industries have been overwhelmed by demand, including the candle making industry. We have found our business quickly challenged by this increase and for the most part we are handling it well with increased hours and additional staff members. We have welcomed new team members and have created new ways of working to increase our efficiencies. We understand waiting is frustrating, we are doing our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, as we have done for the last 23 years.
We are currently working at dispatching orders in around 14 working days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
From this week, regrettable we are unable to call customers to advise out of stock products/ discuss alternate options. Should your order contain a product that goes "out of stock", we will refund your product and send your parcel, with a note on your invoice. We understand this may not be the most ideal outcome, however one of our main priorities at the moment is dispatching orders to you as quickly as possible and this enables us to work quickly and efficiently.
Our fragrances are manufactured almost constantly, so if are not in stock or go out of stock, they will be back within a short amount of time.
