WE ARE MOVING!
We are leaving our home in the leafy hills of Rural Sydney to our brand new, ultra-functional space in Seven Hills!
Central to you and easily accessible from the Abbott Rd Exit on the M2.
We look forward to seeing your lovely face there!
Please note that during this time, orders will continue to be dispatched, with minimal interruption.
Here's a timeline for the rest of the month-
Click and Collect will be available from Monday 11th October 2021.
We will be operating from Arcadia until the 21th October 2021.
We will be operating from Seven Hills from the 25th October 2021.
Click and collect only will continue until our new showroom is open - Date TBA, most likely early November.

SEPTEMBER 2021 UPDATE - AUSTRALIA POST / COURIER DELAYS
Due to the overwhelming demand prompted by online shopping, and Level 4 lockdowns in Australia, Australia Post and various couriers are experiencing extended delays.
We are dispatching orders within 1-3 days, however please expect to wait for your order to be delivered in around 10-20 days.
The delivery of your parcel is beyond our control. Please follow your tracking updates and if you have a query, please consult Australia Post.

Due to Covid-19 we are asking you to please only visit us for the collection of your online order. If you can let us know your arrival time, we will have your order ready. This minimises your time here, and keeps everyone safe.
We are open and working as best as possible to dispatch orders asap. We have 3x Australia Post/courier collections daily to assist this.
DISPATCH TIMES- Due to a surge in demand over the recent COVID19 lockdown, We are currently dispatching within 2-5 days. Please choose Express Post to help expedite your order once shipped. Please be patient with us, we are striving to get your parcels to you as soon as possible as we recognize the need for our products in your homes and for your businesses.
We are not able to let you touch or smell products at this time. As always we are here to offer support- if you would like suggestions based on your fragrance preferences, just ask.
RETURNS - Please note that due to hygiene and quality control we are unable to accept returns on fragrances, colours, wax and wick. We only want to sell the highest quality product available, so you can be sure that when ordering from us that your products have not been tampered with or been diluted. Once shipped we can no longer guarantee the nature of the product. If you are a new customer or are choosing a new colour or fragrance, please choose the 55ml option to see if you like the fragrance before opting for the large sizes.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Regrettable we are unable to call customers to advise out of stock products/ discuss alternate options. Should your order contain a product that goes "out of stock", we will refund your product and send your parcel, with a note on your invoice. We understand this may not be the most ideal outcome, however one of our main priorities at the moment is dispatching orders to you as quickly as possible and this enables us to work quickly and efficiently.
Our fragrances are manufactured almost constantly, so if are not in stock or go out of stock, they will be back within a short amount of time.
We would like to also thank you again for your patience + support over what has been a challenging year. We have been working overtime to ensure the speediest possible dispatch times, supporting your hobbies and businesses,
