Directions: Mix your fragrance oil into the base, stirring until completely blended. Then transfer to the desired bottle and label appropriately.
Fragrance load: 5-10% but refer to each fragrance for the suggested maximum.
Fill base on a surface that cannot be stained or damaged to avoid potential accidents.
