    I used this Eucalyptus essential oil in a batch of candles I made and the oil in the bottle smelt exactly like any other eucalyptus essential oil. This strong oil brings on a very calm scent but I did notice that even though the oil is quite strong in the bottle it is not near as quite strong when the candle is poured and burnt. I used about 12% fragrance load assuming that would be overdoing it as its so strong in the bottle but I found myself having to add more fragrance when I made another batch with 15% fragrance load which smelt amazing in the jar and produced more scent when being burnt.

    Hi Mackenzie,
    We would recommend no more than 5% essential oil loading- sometimes this actually produces a better scent throw than when you use more. Also, it's more flammable, so much safer to keep within 3-5% with Essential oils
